How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Each heat setting is designed for extended wear — low settings can run for several hours, while the highest heat setting will drain faster since it's pushing more warmth to all three panels at once. For all-evening comfort, we recommend starting on the low or medium setting and bumping up only when you need it.

Can I wash it, and will that damage the heating panels?

Yes — TheHeatmare is machine washable. The heating elements are safely sealed within the fabric layers, so a gentle cold wash cycle won't damage them. We recommend air drying (avoid high heat in the dryer) to protect the heating panels and keep the plush sherpa lining soft for years to come.
